DESCRIPTION:Rebecca Bolden is a 500h certified yoga instructor with a BFA in dance from York University. Rebecca has been teaching yoga and dance in and around Simcoe County for the past 15+ years. \nRebecca brings her knowledge of the body from yoga to the dance world in offering a dynamic and effective way to stretch and strengthen while connecting mind\, body and spirit. \nClass will be held at the East Bayfield Community Centre in Activity Room 1 (near the snack bar). Please bring your own yoga mat and wear layers to stay cozy throughout class! \nCLASS RATES: \nFIRST CLASS IS FREE!\nDrop-In Rate: $15 \n*All class rates are inclusive of HST.*\n** Participants can pay in cash or via e-transfer to simcoecontemporarydancers@gmail.com.
