SUMMARY:4-Week Progressive Session 2 - Turns
DESCRIPTION:SCD is excited to announce two four-week progressive contemporary sessions coming up this Spring focusing on Direction Changes and Turns! \nThese classes will be led by Chrissy Baxter and Jaqui Brown. These sessions are progressive so attendance at all four weeks is recommended but not required. Pre-registration is not required and drop-ins are welcome. \nThese classes will consist of floor-work\, centre practice\, travelling work\, and movement combinations. Classes are open to teens (14+) and adults and will be taught at an intermediate level. \nClass will begin with a warm-up designed to bring everyone into collective movement. We will learn sequences of movement embracing direction changes and turns. \nThroughout each class we will work to open space in the body while strengthening alignment and the core muscles to hold the body together. \nWe believe that class is a place to come together as a community while also being a place to challenge the body and we hope you will join us! \nSession 2 – 4-Week Progressive – Turns  \nSundays\, May 24- June 14\, 11 AM – 12:15 PM \nLocation: Official Dance Project – 680 Bayview Dr\, Barrie\, ON
